Booking & pickup
How far in advance should I book?
For weekends in summer, 2–3 weeks gives the best chance of all your gear being available. Mid-week bookings are usually fine the same week.
Do you deliver and set up?
Yes — delivery and pickup are charged per kilometre from the warehouse. Set-up is included for marquees and lighting.
What if something gets damaged or breaks?
We expect normal wear. Anything beyond that is itemised on a damage form after the return — full pricing is in our terms.
Can I see the items before booking?
You can visit the warehouse by appointment Tuesday–Friday. Email us a few preferred times.
